It seems like the economic problems that the country currently faces have given rise to many more individuals attempting to perpetrate scams on the unsuspecting via email.
I receive several scam emails a week from users trying to get me to do business with them and make "millions." Most of these are so obviously fraudulent that I'm amazed that they work on anyone, but I think the economy is making people more and more desperate to believe that a windfall could come their way.
I'm including a few examples of these below.
